How do I apply for a position?
Each applicant must submit an online application for consideration of employment.

Yes. If you would like to be considered for several positions, you must apply for each position separately.

If you need to make any changes to your application such as name change or address change, you must submit a new application.

How long are applications kept on file?
Applications will be kept on file and remain active for 12 months from the date you applied.

How long will it take to hear from someone once I apply?
Upon receipt of your resume via Internet, you should quickly receive a "pop-up" window on your screen indicating your application/resume has been processed. If you are a top candidate for an open position, Human Resources will contact you.

We have a large number of applicants who wish to work at Wilson Health. Many of these applicants have excellent experience and education. Shelby County, Ohio is in a great location within the state. Whether you are staying in the area to be with a loved one at the hospital or looking to relocate to the area, Shelby County has it all! With a major interstate adjacent to the city of Sidney (county seat), travel to and from larger communities in the region is easy. Within two hours, you can be in Cincinnati, Columbus, Indianapolis or Toledo. Sidney has its own municipal airport equipped to handle up to small corporate jets, and Dayton International airport is just 35 miles to the south of the city.
