The Wilson Health Medical Group is currently seeking a board certified or board eligible Pediatrician to join a very successful practice here at Wilson Health.  You will join The Wilson Health Medical Group, which currently employs over 40 healthcare providers and is supported by over 100 employees in 7 locations throughout Shelby County.  The practice also has in place a long-term staff who is welcoming the addition of a new physician into the practice. 

Wilson Health is located in Shelby County where this family-oriented community offers easy access to metropolitan areas of Dayton, Cincinnati, and Columbus, Ohio.  This employment opportunity also offers the candidate the benefit of hospital employment while working cooperatively with a strong pediatric team to bring quality healthcare to Wilson Health patients and families.

• Join 1 pediatrician and 3 Nurse PractitionerS
• Residents welcome
• Existing patient base
• The office is located on the campus of Wilson Health
• See 20 to 25 patients per day
• 4 or 5 day work week
• 95 percent outpatient and 5 percent inpatient opportunity, as you will need to see a   limited inpatient population along with newborns in the Wilson Health Family Birthing Center nursery
• C-Section/Delivery coverage ONLY if requested by the OB- VERY MINIMAL
• Enjoy a 1 in 4 call rotation with other employed pediatricians
• EMR- All Script
• Level 3 NICU in Dayton- 35 minutes away
• Incentive bonus plan based on RVU’s
• Medical/Dental/Vision insurance
• 28 days of PTO
• CME with stipend  $6250.00 (taxable income)
• LTD/STD
• 401K retirement plan
• Loan repayment available negotiable piece to compensation package
• Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience
• Sign on bonus and loan repayment both available as part of total compensation package. All terms negotiable.
• Relocation- $10,000

• Over 700 deliveries/year with this group being only practice in the area.  
• Beautiful Family Birth Center with 10 labor and delivery suites, 4 dedicated c/s postpartum rooms, 3 triage rooms and C/S OR; epidurals available 24 hrs; Plans to expand to Level II Maternity/Nursery
• Two Office Locations: Main Office (Large new office attached to hospital). Piqua Location. 
• In-office ultra-sonographer
• 4 day/week clinic schedule with flexible hours; surgery block built within that schedule; full support staff
• Call:  Currently 1:4 with additional providers will be 1:6
• Deliveries = 700 year; Gynecological procedures = over 400/year
• Expanded practice footprint to neighboring county with plans for adjacent counties.
