Wilson Health is offering “Mended Hearts,” a community-based, national support network for heart patients and their caregivers. The group will kick-off on August 28, 2017 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Wilson Health Professional Building, Lower level, Room A.
Recognized for its role in facilitating positive patient-care experiences, Mended Hearts partners with hospitals to offer support. The Mended Hearts Support Group Kick-Off will connect patients, families, friends and caregivers throughout the community with support and inspiration empowering them as they manage a heart-healthy lifestyle.
