The Board of Trustees of Wilson Health have initiated a comprehensive search for a new Chief Executive Officer. A dedicated five-member Search Committee, appointed by the board, has engaged the national search firm WittKieffer to assist in this important endeavor.
This search follows the recent retirement of CEO Mark Klosterman, who concluded his distinguished service to Wilson Health on April 11.
“We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mark for his years of dedication and leadership, which were instrumental in navigating the immense challenges of the pandemic and to the continued growth and success of Wilson Health,” said Tom Milligan, Chairman of Wilson Health Board of Trustees. “We wish Mark and his family all the best.”
During the interim, the Board of Trustees have announced that effective immediately, Julie Covault, Chief Operating Officer, will serve in the role of Acting CEO. Covault has 31 years of leadership experience at Wilson Health.
“Julie’s decades of operational expertise and leadership and deep knowledge of the healthcare landscape will serve our patients and community at a high level going forward,” stated Milligan. “She will guide us through this transition phase.”
