The 2017 Wilson Health Golf Classic, scheduled for Monday, July 10, is accepting registrations for golfers. The outing will take place at Shelby Oaks Golf Club in Sidney with proceeds used to build Wilson Health Foundation’s general endowment fund.
The first outing in 1995 resulted in a net of $20,000, and since then the outing has continued to grow and has raised $869,678 for Wilson Health.
Titanium sponsor for the outing is NK Telco and the handicapped 18-hole scramble will begin with a brunch, underwritten by Kettering Anesthesia Associates, Inc., from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. and a shotgun start at 11:00 a.m. Beverages and snacks on each Par 3 hole are provided by OASWO – Orthopedic Associates of SW Ohio. North green fees are sponsored by Slagle Mechanical. Underwriting opportunities for the green fees for the South and West courses remain open. Dinner and cocktails will be at 5 p.m., followed by awards and prizes. Dinner is sponsored by NK Telco and will be catered by The Spot Restaurant.
One week at a Westin Resort villa on Hilton Head Island is the closest to the pin prize. Details about the trip will be provided at the golf outing. Cash prizes will be awarded for the top three teams. Door and raffle prizes will be available for all golfers. The winner of the putting contest will receive a $200 cash prize, sponsored by the Wilson Health Foundation and a hole-in-one on 1-West will win one lucky golfer a two-year lease a new 2017 F-150 Crew cab 4X4 courtesy of Buckeye Ford Lincoln
Sponsorship levels include: Titanium level at $3,100; Platinum level at $1,100 and over; and Diamond level at $1,100, all include four golfers. Gold level, $825, includes three golfers; Silver level, $550, includes two golfers; and Bronze level, $275, includes one golfer. Sponsorships include green fees and carts, brunch, beverages and snacks, dinner, name on the sponsorship banner and in the program. All golfers are included in raffles and Skins.
