President & CEO of Wilson Health, Mark Klosterman, has announced his retirement, effective April 11, 2025. After more than six years, Klosterman will be relocating to be closer to his family.
Klosterman’s tenure has been marked by many achievements. Under his visionary leadership, Wilson Health has not only expanded its reach beyond Shelby County to Miami County but has also introduced pivotal service lines, including the Wilson Health Cancer Center, The Center for Orthopedics, Level II Cardiac Cath Lab and the Wound Care Center to name just a few.
Chairman of the Board, Janice Benanzer, stated, "While this marks the end of an important time for Wilson Health, we wholeheartedly support Mark's decision and wish him and his family the very best in their future endeavors. His vision, integrity, and commitment have been instrumental in shaping our success.”
Reflecting on his time at Wilson Health, Klosterman expressed, "It has been a privilege to serve this organization and collaborate with such a talented and dedicated team. Together, we have reached remarkable milestones, and I am immensely proud of the incredible work we accomplish every day,” he added.
Wilson Health's Board of Directors, along with leadership and key stakeholders, will initiate the search for a new CEO. This collaborative effort is crucial for ensuring that the new leader aligns with the organization's vision and goals.
