Dr. Meghan K. Arndts, DO, FACOS, is a Board-Certified general surgeon with Wilson Health Medical Group. She was born and raised in Oakwood (Dayton), Ohio. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine with minors in Leadership and Biology from Marietta College in Marietta, Ohio.
Dr. Arndts earned her medical degree from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her osteopathic internship at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She completed her general surgery residency at St. John Macomb Hospital in Warren, Michigan.
Dr. Arndts is passionate about providing a full range of surgical care so that patients may remain in their community for close to home care. She loves practicing in Sidney, Ohio and Wilson Health and considers herself to be “back home.”
Dr. Arndts provides a wide range of general surgery procedures. She has a particular interest in hernia repair, breast surgery, infusaport placement for chemotherapy, gallbladder surgery and skin lesions/lipomas. Dr. Arndts also performs colon surgery, colonoscopies and upper endoscopies. She has significant experience in surgical critical care.
Dr. Arndts has many interests outside of surgery. In her free time, she loves spending time with family and her fiancé. She also has two cats. She enjoys gardening, cooking, hiking, golfing, jewelry making, and reading.
