Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):
Q: How long will a CCP donation take?
A: Your first donation will take approximately 2 hours.
Q: What happens during a CCP donation?
A: A needle is placed into a vein in your arm. Your blood flows through tubing into an automated system that separates some of your plasma from your red blood cells and other blood
components. The non-plasma components are returned to you through the same needle.
